Guarantees, Returns and Exchanges of The Smiths Shop products :
If you are not happy with your The Smiths T-Shirt purchased get in touch to us to return it unworn within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
In case of a return due to not being happy with The Smiths T-Shirt, we will refund the total amount of the T-shirts.
If the exchange applies to 2 or more sizes (i.e. Exchange an M for an XL/XXL) customer would pay the half of shipping costs of the 2nd T-Shirt to him/her.
In case your The Smiths or Morrissey t-shirt is flaw, we will exchange it for a perfect one refunding total shipping costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

UK: £3.75 (Same price up to 2 T-shirts except 3XL & 4XL size)
EUR: £5 ( Same price up to 2 T-shirts except 3XL & 4XL size)
Rest of World: £6.9 (Same price up to 2 T-shirts except 3XL & 4XL size)
